Wutopia Lab converted an abandoned rural pump house near Shanghai, China into a rest stop for visitors baptized in the Shrine of Everyman. Taking full advantage of the magnificent view of the adjacent river once held by the pump house, the result is a sleek, contemporary shrine well adapted to the rural surroundings.
