Located in Carmos de Mina, Brazil, the new warehouse for CarmoCoffees designed by Gustavo Penna Arquiteto & Associados necessitated very specific structural requirements for the optimal preservation of coffee beans. The resulting atmosphere is in some ways solemn, because it is the only moment when the qualities of preservation, production and conservation are brought together in affirmation of high quality coffee.
