Text description provided by the architects.

As each day passes through the hustle and bustle of the city, a need for asceticism and minimalism is discovered. When designing this house we aimed to create a feeling of absolute cleanliness. The exterior expression of the house is dominated by masonry wall planes, white emphasizes the shape of the building through harsh shadows, and the comb patio metal structures give expressiveness to the patio.Creating a cozy private oasis in a densely built-up area was one of the major challenges.

We used water and sand to help with this. It subtly added luxury to the patio and created a charming atmosphere. Everything is designed to relax your mind and to simply make things clear. Floor plan layout is quite typical to most of the family houses. On the first floor we designed a living room, dining area and a kitchen.

Also, a special place for aquarium was specified. The rest of the floor plan was dedicated to auxilliary facilities, garage and spa zone. On the second floor we designed 3 rooms – one master bedroom and two rooms for kids..
