This contemporary-designed single-family home is structured around two main axes (north-south and east-west), efficiently organizing the various uses of space. The layout responds to precise planning, optimizing functionality, comfort, and integration with the natural environment.
At the heart of the home, a central core open to the garden serves as a connection point between the different living areas. This versatile space not only allows for smooth circulation and independent access to each room, but also enhances the relationship between the interior and exterior, creating a continuous and immersive architectural experience.
The daytime area, designed for socializing and enjoying common spaces, establishes a direct connection with the landscape through large floor-to-ceiling windows. These openings eliminate visual barriers, maximize natural light intake, and strengthen the sense of openness and transparency, creating a home in constant dialogue with its surroundings.
On the other hand, the nighttime program is distributed in independent resting spaces, designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and autonomy. Each room has been carefully designed to be a personal retreat, maintaining aesthetic and functional coherence with the overall design of the home.
This project reflects a vision of contemporary architecture where design, sustainability, and integration with the environment come together to offer a unique residential experience.
