"Located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium is the new home for the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders and the NCAA’s UNLV Rebels. The fully enclosed and climate-controlled multi-purpose venue has a capacity of 65,000 seats and expands to 72,000 seats for major events. The stadium’s exterior is inspired by the distinctive lines of a luxury sports car. This concept permeates inside to create a unified aesthetic unmistakably representative of the Raiders’ brand and the Owner’s vision for their future.
Inspired by the team’s history at the LA Coliseum, the design incorporates an open peristyle on the stadium's north end. Here, large operable glass doors open to create a 200+ foot wide, column free, panoramic view of the iconic Las Vegas strip. The centerpiece of the space is a signature tower, now the tallest 3d printed structure in the world.
Other distinctive features include a 19-million-pound retractable natural turf field tray which passes through a 200-foot-wide column-free zone below several fully-loaded concourse levels to reach its growing position on non-gamedays. A hi-tech cable net and ETFE roofing system allows natural light to fill the venue, providing a comfortable viewing environment and compact volume of space for a memorable, high-energy guest experience.
The sleek and modern stadium features several first-class amenities influenced by the exclusive hospitality culture of Las Vegas. Each space is characterized with unique elements elevating the patron experience. Field-level sideline club patios offer field access steps away from each team, loge seats are outfitted with modern comforts akin to a premium class airline seat, and the North End Zone Field Club transforms into a bespoke nightclub for year-round flexibility; an unmistakable asset that could be nowhere other than Las Vegas.
Allegiant Stadium opened on time and $25M under budget in July 2020."
