Now in its third year, the Architizer A+Awards has grown each year since its launch in 2013, and this year saw the launch of a number of new initiatives in what has quickly grown into the biggest international award program for architecture. From the first-ever A+Awards book, published by Phaidon, to a billboard in Times Square — not to mention the 2015 A+Awards Gala — the glory of the A+Awards now comes in more shapes and sizes than ever before.

Of course, the program remains founded on the principle of breaking architecture out of the echo chamber, with a jury of 300+ luminaries and a global public voting campaign. Yet the awards’ expansion into other media and platforms — a book and a public broadcast — represent a bigger loudspeaker and soapbox than ever before. This year’s winners live on both on the A+Awards website and in the Phaidon book, available here.
