As part of the “Walking Anew!” of USAID / ASHA, the new annex building for the Science of Rehabilitation Faculty at Don Bosco University seeks to raise treatment standards and transform the lives of women, people with physical disabilities in El Salvador and in Latin America, by training the next generation of medical practitioners in rehabilitation and that they can help them to give them mobility again.
Meanwhile, the design was made with sustainability as a priority. More than 80% of existing trees were maintained, and more than 50 new trees were planted.
