Observing the hierarchy of public arenas to the private
General: retreat from the pedestrian axis (urban joint)
Semi-public: commercial partition
Private: The main courtyard of the project
The continuation of the skyline of the existing builds with the city walls (the skyline)
Separation of the façade in three main levels of urban walls, the body of the building and the size of the façade (urban skyline)
Creating an articulation in the volume composition of the building with an emphasis on the observer's view scale: (riding and walking adjacent) and urban scale visibility in the form of signs
Architectural Consideration
Observance of hierarchy of open-semi-open space - Close
Emphasis on the creation of semi-open spaces based on the patterns of Iranian-Islamic architecture such as Sabat (Sunsade), (Iwan) and central couryard
The use of Iranian architectural elements in elemental elements such as Vertical Strain - Mashrabiya - Darazin
The combination of macro-scale surfaces in organic and in scale (components) with emphasis on geometry-rhythm-repetition and concepts of Iranian-islamic architectural geometry
Incorporating and lightweight in volume by increasing transparency in the view of the city wall
Use of materials with texture and colors consistent with Iranian architectural patterns
