For creating spaces it is suggested to use scheme with applying fractal structure for volumes distribution referring to DETERMINED CHAOS. In the same time FRACTAL structure gives an opportunity to develop, to grow and dead, in other words the cyclic in evolution. As a result there is an obvious intercommunication between the city and a single building, because the last is “put” by self-similarity in the first one.
