Deep renovation of an office building in Paris
The obsolescence of this building of the 1950s required ambitious transformation. Composed of 13 floors (10 floors above the ground and 3 floors in the basement), it offered spaces inconsistent with the development of new ways of working.
A total transformation of the envelope and interior spaces has been carried out. The technique has been overhauled and the building has been able to adopt a more sustainable approach. More spacious interior volumes, more flexible collaborative spaces, reversibility of usages, ... The building is now a suitable place for collaborative work and exchange.
