To economically complete the construction plan, within 6 to 8 months, the designer uses the recycled canvas cloth and the ecological pool in 1,500 square meters that show the embracing ecological intimacy.
For rapid growth of population and difficult land acquisition, the general construction plans are concentrated mainly on business strategy. The project, however, is focused on the perspectives of environmental protection elements, such as water, air, building, intellectualness, culture, etc. so that the residents spare themselves from overwhelming pace of life in the city."
