It gives flexibility of evolution.4.Complex design of the district include general approach in planning, modeling, traffic, pedestrian connections , construction and engineering solutions.5.We applied hexagon variable structure with marking out inner individual living spaces, and connection crossed public spaces. Every hexagon element has an ability to interact with open green areas for actions relax and sport. As a result of hanging building structure we’ve got free plane for free connections, communication for its self-organization and self-regulation.6.Variable heights principle. In general the district is raised artificial mound. It slopes toward south-eastern side, catching large amount of solar radiation.
