This low energy family home located on the heights of Liège plays on urban local codes. The volume arises in this field very steep slope integrating inside the house. We revisit the typical "Liégeoise" house reversing the program. The living room is located on the top floor while the bedrooms are located on the lower floors. In this way we optimize the views for each level. Light from the south side street enters the house via a glass staircase in front. Worked as a full-fledged space, it induces visual and spatial contacts between niveaux.Un work on the equipment bricks (imposed by Regulation urban) was performed to filter views from the street.
