Want to learn more about the intersection between architecture, culture and community? Look no further, because renowned Indian architect Sanjay Puri will speak at Architizer Future Fest this September!

As the lead architect of multiple A+Award-winning projects in the past decade, Sanjay will take to the Future Fest stage to present his ideas on the future of architecture and culture in his talk “How Cultural Architecture Can Connect Communities”. The virtual live talk is scheduled to take place on September 16, and is 100% free for attendees. Sanjay Puri is the co-founder and Principal Architect at Sanjay Puri Architects. Since the firm’s founding in 1992, Sanjay has spearheaded dozens of award-winning projects, including everything from townships, schools, hotels, retail and office buildings. He has been at the forefront of creating innovative design solutions that are sustainable on a large scale.

Sanjay has also been a judge at The World Architecture Festivals in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Singapore and Berlin; on the jury of the Architectural Review Awards, the Plan Awards, Inde Awards; and has been a speaker at multiple architecture conventions worldwide. Before founding his firm, Sanjay worked with Architect Hafeez Contractor, India’s largest architectural firm, from 1983 to 1992, eventually becoming a Senior Associate. He graduated from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 1988.
