Location: Kordan, Alborz, Iran.
Status: Proposal.
Area: 150 sq.m.
Design Date: Jun. 2014.
Role in the project: Primary Sketches, 2D drawings, 3D modeling and visual postproduction director.
The project is located in Kordan village, a rural zone in west of alborz province. The main idea was to preserve existing land and integrate the architecture with it. The client demanded a wooden facade and more privacy, so fewer opne areas were considered. The facade skin designed on a exposed concrete structure. pool view and access to side zones were also important in design process.
