Existing Viennese old building details, such as the magnificent box windows and the wallpaper ceiling, were continued with French herringbone, as well as stucco on walls and ceilings and provide the historically unique flair.
Newly installed was the kitchen and the bathrooms, all implemented with high-quality materials and renewed from the comfort as state of the art. For example, a gleaming black and brown marble kitchen unit stretches along the narrow side of the room; a bar hides behind a restored double door; a large gold mirror frames the room as a counterpart on the vis-à-vis side of the kitchen. Details such as brass molding and rounded wall corners add atmosphere to the space.
In the master bedroom, one encounters an adjacent French-style glazed veranda with a bathtub and sauna. Two other bedrooms are reached by a few steps and through a rounded, fabric-clad hallway. In this bathroom, too, a special feature was created by a refined circular portal made of brass and textured glass.
Airy and spacious, the rooms were designed. With refined details and precious materials, this Viennese apartment shines in new splendor.
