Alexey
Nikolashin, SL* project bureau, designed the estate in "Pestovo"
situated near Moscow. The arrangement at water prompted an image.
The site is
located on the cape, it has an exit to water where it is possible to put the
yacht. «The laconic and easy house on water» — such wanted to see his owners.
Central airs here is absent. Customers already had an experience of
accommodation in the house with the difficult equipment, and they almost didn't
use it. It is much more pleasant to open windows and to breathe fresh air.
Besides the main building there is an additional block where the gallery with a
colonnade conducts. In it there lives the personnel, protection, garages, boiler
rooms, and also professional kitchen are located. In a yard the street
fireplace and the furnace for cooking is established: there is a barbecue, a
sink and a place for a cauldron. The canopy protects from bad weather.

In an
interior the main task was, adhering to the general direction, everything
whenever possible to simplify. Stone portals round doors and apertures — a
characteristic detail of the Italian country houses — are solved extremely
laconically. In columns from architectural concrete the warrant the minimum
base and a capital are reduced very, left. All cattle ceilings are hemmed by a
tree with imitation of beams. In the same California him for certain would make
old, and we, on the contrary, made smooth. Instead of pompous American furniture
— modern Italian brands. The furniture and architectural receptions in many
respects promoted that the house looks actual: not rural, but warm, simple, but
stylish.
