Khavare- mianeh publication is a manufacture producing food packages.
The mentioned building that is designed to separate personnel and application and includes management, customer’s services, and accounting.
In the first meetings with the employer, some needs were highlighted which was a primaries for designing.it seems that here in this ground there was an office with 35 square meters that was a small, deem and boring in his opinion; so he destroyed it. He wanted a bigger office with modern design, more light, and to be fresher with lower cost.
By the word “employer” I mean a father and his son with completely different interests and tastes.
The father’s thoughts was a classic and the son’s was a modern one; so it was very difficult to satisfy both of them and was like the anecdote of “two kings& the one territories”. That one of them owned a lot of money and power and the other thought himself as the pioneer. They said that there were two pine trees of the same age that one of them was destroyed while destructing the old building and the negotiations were being done for destroying the other. Fortunately this was assigned to me and the second tree was survived by me and instead could help me in designing.
Responding the employer’s needs, limitation in designing like ( budjet,height,inappropriate light, small space, and the 27 years old pine tree shaped the first frame and ideas for designing.
Due to the budget of the project it was tried to create a distinct work of art with details and common materials around us. In this regard, some proceeding as follows were done:
1-designing free plan to change the furniture or application and use.
2-details, of clear surfaces for the building were chosen in a way to have flexible open, close, half open spaces in different season of a year.
3-preparing the natural light in the most hours of use.
4-since the only side of the building with fit light was the east side, and the shades of the Next building , by creating a transparent central core, designed to supply the natural light and also control the import and export and circulation , the above mentioned challenges had been solved.
5-supplying the thermal energy through central core in addition to heat systems of the printing and publishing equipment of the factory, shifting the power house from the roof of the opposite side to the underground of the project lead to decrease the gas & Energy consumption to create and supply the heating.
It is essential to mention that the equipments of the factory needed heat to start, therefore reached it by the circulation of the warm water in the cylinders and through this heat also the one needed for the project was prepared.
The bricks of this complex both in application and appearance were designed based on the necessities of the project because of the usage of the height glass wall in the east side and also with regards to the position of the office, that was in the main traffic therefore, in order to create a more private, to control the external sight to the inner side, and to improve the scene from inside to the outside, and also the quality of the light, we decided to design a brick partition.
The applied bricks for the corridor at the outside, was 10*10 centimeters.
The bricks is in a form that each of them is as a foundation for the other one and can tolerate each other’s’ weight. The vertical bricks were placed In order not only to limit the scene from inside, but also play a role as controller.
5-in fact the sidewall is a combination of horizontal & vertical bricks like the convergent & divergent mirrors.
The samples of this factory’s production that is offered in three sizes needed a show room for the customers , so in order to prepare it, a partition was designed to be not only as a wall between public and private, but also a place for showing the samples instead of televisions, documents and security box.
“be like birds and plans; when reaches a tree , stop to think and observe.
Observation would carry you to the sky,
In our time, watching is not thought and the tree is just a decoration of a house.
No one believes the flowers on the on the other side,
No one would walk in the moon and would not be conscious at a crock’s flight.
And would not see the God beside the terrace fences and
Would not consider the eternity In a drinking bowl.
