The essence of working on the house design was to find a clear spatial and functional structure. The house consists of two structures, both of which are built under a large hipped green roof, which allows it to be adapted to local climatic conditions. Large eaves protect against rain, but above all, they control excessive heating of rooms in summer and allow it to do so in winter.
The main and largest part of the house is the living space and night zone, a smaller structure detached from the main body is an office.
The space connected by the roof between the living area and the office creates an entrance veranda.
