This building is sales office for the Beijing Hongkun financial valley project. It is located at the main entrance of the park. The construction area is 11895 square meters. There are three floors and one floor below ground. It is designed as a source of green seed, which is intended to serve as the origin of green buildings in the park. The design represents the concept of green ecological.
Building space functions are according to the needs of owners. The second and third layers of the building are a volume box with office functions. The first layer of space will be 8 small boxes combining the display function with sales function orderly. There is an outdoor atrium through the building organizing all the functions together. The building is connected to the surrounding environment through a green slope, which seems to be located on top of the park, as if it was a seed of green energy conservation. The design has broken through conventional design patterns and made new innovations and attempts in functional organization, spatial experience, visual and taste experience. We hope to inject a new vitality into the field of industrial park planning and design!
The Beijing Hongkun financial valley project has made different attempts and innovations in functional, spatial and five-sensory experience design, taking the construction itself as the most economical space energy saving device. To create a comfortable office environment through the rational use of energy saving technologies such as respiratory curtain walls, midcourt air flow guidance, electric baiye sunshade, geothermal pump and soil greening, which achieving a perfect combination of intelligent green building system with architectural design.
