Award-winning 254-unit residential complex in Layan, Phuket, designed for tropical forest integration with 60% existing canopy preservation. The 37,444 m² development features five buildings strategically positioned on sloped terrain, optimizing panoramic mountain views while addressing accessibility and stormwater management constraints.
Bioclimatic architecture employs self-irrigating green facades, reducing interior temperatures by 3-5°C, natural cross-ventilation systems, and passive solar protection adapted to Thailand's climate. Local materials include FSC-certified teak wood, Lopburi stone, and exposed concrete. The design integrates 6,390 m² of underground parking, anti-seismic techniques per Thai Zone 2A standards, and comprehensive rainwater harvesting with greywater treatment systems.
EAI (Environmental Assessment Index) certification application filed for tropical sustainability compliance. Collective facilities include swimming pools, a fitness center, and a 162 m² coworking space. Three-phase construction sequencing minimizes environmental impact while maintaining operational site access.
Triple recognition at the DOT Property Awards 2024: Best Luxury Condominium Architectural Design, Best Interior Design Development, and Best Masterplan Design Phuket. Currently in the development phase with environmental approvals pending.
