Contemporary luxury villa in Rawai, Phuket, designed to achieve complete autonomy through integrated solar energy and private water systems. The 965 m² residence features a strategic north orientation, maximizing pool and leisure spaces while providing panoramic views to all five bedroom suites.
Key technical solutions include a dual automated gate system eliminating vehicle reversing, a 90 m² solar panel array with 15 kWh battery storage, and a private well with a filtration system. The architecture emphasizes seamless indoor-outdoor integration through floor-to-ceiling glazing, material continuity (white concrete, volcanic stone, warm wood ceilings), and calculated overhangs for passive climate control.
Smart home integration governs all building systems, from automated climate control to security. The design addresses tropical climate constraints through cross-ventilation strategies, solar heat gain management, and monsoon-resistant detailing. Pool house integrated into the main volumes creates a unified living environment characteristic of contemporary tropical architecture.
The project was delivered with confirmed energy and water autonomy, operational smart systems, and preserved panoramic views from all bedroom suites.
