Located in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, the house is spread over three floors, in which we have two main challenges. The first one was to make an open public area, in where is located the pool. The second challenge was giving natural light and ventilation in the two levels above.
We create a concrete latticework that allows ventilation trough the low level. In the first level we can find de living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The second level we have a bed room, TV room, terrace and the master room.
