A mixed-use development currently comprised of two buildings in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Located just north of Lockerbie Square Proper and just south of the Mass. Ave. cultural district, this project had lots to respond to in its immediate context. The scale and form of the building relates most to the many converted warehouses in the area. The local neighborhood is all on board with the design and is eager to see this barren sight turned in to a great community amenity. We are currently working towards a hearing with the IHPC (Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission), sometime this fall.
