The project consists of almost 2M GSF of construction including residential, office, hotel, F&B and entertainment. With consensus on a clear strategy, we then recommended the planning & design team tailored to this specific opportunity and worked with this team to produce a conceptual master plan and design that will be the foundation for the entitlement of the project.
Our management of the design process resulted in a savings of USD120K in conceptual design fees, increased density, and a work product that is aligned with, and enhances, the client’s development strategy.
