The question of the project was that; how the fragmentation of the blocks A and B could achieve the united form and how could it indicate the medical function, properly.

This was started by applying two Parallel methods in 1-improving the relation of inside and outside of the project 2-transforming the typology of the existing plans.
In order to minimizing the physical border of the inside and outside, a transparent membrane was proposed to the project. Choosing the glassy skin for the part of the project which is surrounded from three sides, was a good choice to receive the most light and the most relation with the site.
This option (the transparent facade) also by locating the project at west side of the North-South Street could not cause bothering the user of the building by the Glare from sunlight.
On the other side locating at the heart of the medical buildings of the city, made the facade, to have its own special characteristic.
In addition, staining the glass panels with the suitable pattern was a challenged.
