Rooted in traditional building methods, the Modular House System MHS101 embraces modern technology. A centralised 3D BIM model allowed us to optimise the design, ensuring every element is intentional, coordinated and efficient.
At its core is a balance of strength and adaptability. Two central cement cores form the backbone of the structure, housing the kitchen and bathroom. These solid anchors provide lasting durability and make it easy to install and maintain plumbing and electrical services.
A renewable timber frame wraps around the cores. It’s designed to be flexible, supporting a range of layout options and allowing for locally sourced infill wall panels. This makes the system easy to adapt to different climates, materials and ways of building.
