An
eight-storey office building in the center of Athens. The new office building
is being constructed on a small narrow-fronted lot, to be integrated into the
row-building system of a densely populated district. Thefaçademust include an arcade.The aim of the design is to
create open, flexible working spaces. The ground plan is organised by a structure that serves a dual functional and
structural purpose, and is expressed on the main elevation by a dual
asymmetrical composition. The materials on the façade have been selected in
their natural form so as not to require paint. They highlight the central
composition of two asymmetrically projected surfaces.
