LOGAR OFFICE is located in the heart of Puerto Cancún, a constantly growing urban environment that combines added value, exclusivity, and proximity to the Caribbean Sea. Designed as an office space that seeks to balance corporate identity with human warmth, Logar responds to a context where nature and urban dynamism coexist in harmony.
The interior design was conceived under the premise of achieving a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and comfort, integrating natural materials, warm lighting, and regional vegetation that incorporates organic elements into everyday working life. Thus, the proposal goes beyond a conventional workspace: it becomes an environment that fosters productivity, well-being, and connection with the natural environment.
The materials were chosen to create a warm, natural, and sophisticated atmosphere. Veracruz travertine marble was used on the floors in the main areas, while Interceramic Materia Bianco non-slip porcelain tiles were used in the service areas, ensuring durability and safety. Most of the wall surfaces were covered with Belize Sandstone Beige wallpaper, adding texture and neutral tones that promote visual serenity. Vertical wooden paneling was used for the dividing walls, creating a slight separation between spaces without interrupting continuity or blocking light. The woodwork was mainly done in oak, selected for its strength, visual warmth, and low environmental impact. Chukum, a traditional finish from the Yucatan Peninsula reinterpreted in a contemporary context, was applied to the slab coffers. Finally, regional vegetation was integrated into planters distributed throughout the work areas, strengthening the connection with the natural environment and creating an interior atmosphere that promotes well-being and productivity.
In terms of construction, spatial optimization was central. The dividing walls were constructed of double-sided drywall, while the office partitions were resolved using welded PTR frames designed to accommodate 10 mm tempered glass, which provides lightness, transparency, and visual continuity. This structural strategy allows for programmatic flexibility, as well as greater natural light throughout the complex.
The program is distributed across a 15 m² reception area, 53.83 m² of open workspaces, a kitchenette, site and cleaning areas, a bathroom, two private offices for management (16.10 m² and 18.85 m²), a 36.04 m² private office for the director, and a 23.98 m² meeting room. Each space responds to the specific needs of Grupo Logar, a company dedicated to real estate rental, construction, and development, consolidating an efficient yet welcoming corporate environment.
The architectural concept is defined by the search for balance: between the corporate and the human, between spatial efficiency and comfort, between the contemporary and the regional. OFICINA LOGAR proposes a work experience that embraces the organic within a framework of constructive innovation, local materials, and an aesthetic language that reflects both the identity of the company and the essence of Cancún.
