The Light Loft is located in the Soho neighborhood, NYC. This renovation was a full gut renovation with a new mezzanine. Crawlspace above the original apartment was demolished to gain four feet in overall height. Minimal details and finishes highlight the original character of the old loft studio. The next phase will add stair access to a new roof deck. The design of
the stair and bulkhead allow for natural light and ventilation to enter
