La Pampa 1586
The Pampa 1586 building has extraordinary characteristics due to its privileged location. The tower is an important part of the skyline from Del Libertador Avenue, and it has incredible panoramic views to the Barrancas de Belgrano Park. The project concept was developed according to the standards of rational and contemporary design, both for the general idea as for the construction details. These details were an essential tool to enhance the aesthetics statements according to the building’s exclusive location. The main character of the design is the final user, to whom we offer high quality housing and amenities that enhance the living experience. Besides, the building will become an urban elementthat attempts to endure through the years.The supporting structure of the tower is made of exposed concrete. It is composed by a complex geometric figure that includes 14 levels towards Pampa Street and 10 levels towards the back. The apartment units include 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with at least one of them in suite. There is a penthouse at level 14 and 2 duplexes at level 9 and 10, both of them with large terraces.The ground level is reminiscent of the concept of long walks and serenity. It is surrounded by garden spaces and water fountains.The lobby is composed by groups of services that organize the space and a large room for multiple uses. Exterior and interior common areas, that come to the size of 1580 m2, convey into an unique central space: an underground patio. The project also has a 12.50 x 3.50 m swimming pool, a children’s swimming pool and an outdoors spa center which is also connected to the wellness center. The center includes bathrooms, changing rooms, sauna, massages rooms, relax spaces and a gym with views to the garden. Finally,there is a large barbecue area, equipped with grills and dinning tables.
