Comprehensive renovation of the restaurant called Kaiela to convert it into a take-away or "Take Away" food business.
The idea of the project is to highlight the product that Kaiela offers, homemade food made with local ingredients. Thus, the image of the reception area where the food is distributed aims to reflect that product.
To achieve this, a central table-counter has been designed as the main element, using typical local materials such as sandstone and oak wood. This totemic piece serves as the backbone of the space and is surrounded by wood-cement panels. These panels provide sobriety and neutrality, giving all the prominence to the table. They also conceal a built-in cabinet, which is essential for the proper functioning of the activity. It is worth noting that the reception area has been illuminated with warm lighting to convey the values of proximity of the business.
As for the rest of the layout, the premises are divided into an industrial kitchen that occupies the largest area, serving as the heart of the business; a distribution area where orders are managed; a dressing room with a small restroom; and an exclusive restroom for the workers.
