An apartment for a young contemporary person. The main goal of this project was to get maximum use of the existing space so that owner could see everything going on in it from any corner of the apartment. At this the apartment was to preserve intuitive and visually intelligible zoning. That’s why major formative factors were laconism, logic and air.
Single kitchen unit made of dark grey granite with built-in bar countertop oriented towards family room is located in the center of the apartment. Above the kitchen front there is a narrow viewing window for extra observation. Major finish materials for this apartment are wood and stone what is rather important for ecology of the space people are living in. There is also a “smart home” system which allows controlling lighting, sound, heating and built-in ventilation system with the help of tablet or smartphone.
