The urban lake house. A building constructed in the early 1900’s is converted into contemporary loft style condominiums. A 1960’s renovation clad the existing building in white granite. Utilizing the existing conditions the elevation was created into vertical bands, allowing floor to ceiling glass inside the units. Each unit has panoramic view of Muskegon Lake and the Downtown. Adjacent to the building is a two level addition of retail studios and condominiums.
