From the full volume of the structure of the house, smaller geometries are “carved out”, creating “void” spaces (semi-open, open-air patios). Through the architecture and within the rigidity of the structural grid, these “voids”, designed as open-air rooms, become organically part of the houses’ program. The topography of the site with its dramatic slope makes the house to appear as if it is “floating” on top of the Gulf of Argolida.
