Introducing a refined architectural project that transforms a dwelling seamlessly integrated with a twin neighbor. The existing stairwell has been demolished to pave the way for the expansion of the home to the full width of the plot. The functional layout of the house has undergone a thoughtful reconfiguration, resulting in the division of the home into two distinct zones.
The front facade serves a crucial purpose, accommodating essential access to the garage, waste disposal units, and an entrance leading to the main doors discreetly positioned at the rear of the house. The main entrance to the residence is strategically separated from urban traffic, ensuring privacy from passersby behind the fence.
The rear portion of the house opens up to a verdant garden, seamlessly extending the internal spaces of the living area, which encompasses the kitchen and dining space. On the ground floor, an independent room with an attached bathroom serves as a versatile space, functioning either as a study or an additional guest room.
Venturing to the attic, we've curated a private haven for the occupants, featuring bedrooms, a spacious wardrobe, and a well-appointed bathroom. The garden, elevated by one level relative to the garage and the street on the opposite side of the building, offers a serene retreat.
Navigating the various levels of the plot necessitated the introduction of terraced stairs along the southern section, ingeniously integrated into the building's structure. This architectural solution not only addresses the topography but also adds a dynamic element to the overall design, creating a harmonious blend of form and function
