The renovation work begins when the customer decides to buy a building developed on three levels, being a born trader of sports goods, it is proposed project on the ground floor trade called "SPORTS ALVARADO" and leave on two upper floors of existing departments.
At night, the building acts vividly with horizontal and vertical stripes that illuminate intelligent LED-based, thereby reflecting the dynamism of purely commercial avenue of the city. The transparency of glass on the ground floor contributes to the integration of floor planks with wooden ceiling in two colors illuminated with strips of indirect light and parallel to the geometry of the floor rhythmic sequences, achieving a harmonious and functional environment throughout space . At the end of the central hall surrounded by woods in floor and ceiling area box, that the very volume of the furniture is emphasized with lighting that changes color as scheduled or selling season, is part of the visible edges of said element is the logo trade.
