The World Islands, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Situated on a private island, the Hotel will transform the United Arab Emirates. The 39-story structure will offer 223 guest rooms and “Arab” restaurant, which will command unparalleled views of the Arabian Gulf.
The hotel will also house a high-tech business center and versatile meeting and events facilities, including a multi-use ballroom and banquet hall. Designed to be as iconic as it is luxurious, the tower will rise 168.5 meters and project area: 58,000 m2 , an expansive mixed-use development planned . As the building containing the airstrip .
