Stone Pre-Hispanic building methods using intensive labor was specified for main structure, using local materials and giving a
boost to local economy. The broken up rings of rammed earth and stone
allow for the flood waters to flow through and serve as a temporary reservoir, designed to slowly erode structure during life span of building to eventually turn it into future ruins of our current effort to combat side effects of global warming.
The program is distributed on the 3 solid rings built out of lightweight
materials creating tension between the temporary and the permanent.
