This residence blends refined minimalism with warm contemporary elegance, and its spatial strategy is shaped by the client’s dual lifestyle: a love of television and an equal passion for hosting. To support both, the public spaces were designed to remain open, fluid and uninterrupted, while media elements were integrated with absolute discretion.
A glossy, large-format marble wall forms a luminous backdrop in the living area, its reflective surface visually expanding the room and enhancing the flow of natural light. Transparency becomes a recurring architectural theme: sheer drapery, glass elements and polished stone surfaces all work together to amplify depth, clarity and spaciousness.
To maintain the purity of the layout, televisions throughout the apartment are concealed within ceiling-mounted lifts. They appear only when needed and retract seamlessly when entertaining, allowing the living room to transform instantly from a media-focused environment into an elegant social setting.
Generous circulation zones and modular seating create ample room for hosting, while a custom full-height storage wall integrates the fireplace, bar and media system into a unified architectural feature. This ensures visual order and a sophisticated backdrop for gatherings.
The master suite extends the project’s language of quiet luxury. Designed as a private retreat, it functions as a true suite: a serene bedroom facing a glass-enclosed bathroom clad in dark stone with refined brass details. The transparent partitions visually enlarge the space while maintaining intimacy, allowing the suite to feel both expansive and cocooned.
