This building is a complete refurbishment in the oldest Lisbon district: Alfama.
The interior areas and the fifth floor were completely rebuild from scratch, maintaining the initial typological characteristics of the construction.
Hand made tiles, wood pine boards and portuguese limestone were used to maintain the neighborhood’s spirit.
With a stunning view to the west over Tagus River and the old town, the social areas were privileged.
Each floor has an apartment (a total of 5) with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and toilet.
