Architectural Design Concept
The architectural concept applied to this building has been through careful consideration and analysis depth, due to location conditions "site" place this building will be erected to have a slope with an angle
which is quite steep. Architects also consider in a manner mature influence of the outside environment on the building and on the contrary, so as to create harmony between buildings and a harmonious and balanced environment without disturbing one
to each other.
The position of the space in the building is arranged such that create comfort, have an attractive view, as well get as much lighting and air as possible
natural. Window openings are made as wide as possible and are available
open spaces in some parts of the building. Condition the sloping land also provides its own benefits, where the surrounding natural scenery is easily captured from inside the building.
The shape of the building is a combination of Balinese architectural styles and Modern by using local materials with colors- natural color. Roof-inspired formations traditional Balinese buildings, combined with landscape designs
which integrates with the natural surroundings.
