Bright rooms, comfort and elegance are at the heart of this project. The design proposes maximum utilization of the plot in Apollogasse without sacrificing any architectural qualities.
The staggered building volume is organized around a green atrium, with a front six-storey section to the south and a lower three-storey structure facing the neighbors at the northern end of the site. The building combines residential and commercial use. The basement with underground parking also contains the bicycle, storage and technical rooms. An open sales area with suitable infrastructure occupies the first floor. The second floor houses office space with a view of the green inner courtyard and apartments on the south side.
In the front part of the building, the residential units are successively set back up to the top floor apartments on the sixth floor. While this section contains predominantly south-facing B apartments and only a few north-facing apartments, the rear wing contains two storeys with exclusively through-floor apartments. The arrangement of the buildings allows living and working spaces to be flooded with light. Each of the 56 residential units also has an open space. Thanks to their wide and bright individual open spaces, a particularly high quality of space is achieved despite their clear functionality.
