Zervas is an 11 person firm located in Bellingham, WA founded in 1960. We have focused our work in Northwest Washington, specializing in educational and other public projects, larger commercial developments, planning and sustainable design.
The partners, Terry Brown, Sharon Robinson, and Andrew Krzysiek share a commitment to meaningful design, community enrichment and technical excellence - values that are expressed in the firm’s diverse portfolio of award winning projects. The firm’s sustainable design practice and sensitivity to conceptual planning are a natural extension of its modern organic roots, a legacy passed on by founder Jim Zervas gained during his apprenticeship to Frank Lloyd Wright.
As design leaders in a growing region, we advocate urban concentration where infrastructure exists, planning that preserves our natural resources and design that adds to the community experience and values as the best way to achieve responsible and inspiring growth.
