Paul A. Castrucci Architects, PLLC is a collection of design professionals committed to sustainability, equity, and community. We strive to provide design solutions that integrate Passive House building techniques into the community fabric while maintaining a commitment to design excellence.
For the past 30 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to crafting sustainable, functional, beautiful, and human-centered spaces in NYC and beyond. Our mission necessarily transcends aesthetics; we empower communities by pushing the boundaries of sustainable design and advocating for socially equitable, resilient housing for all.
The firm has given lectures on Passive House at The Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA), NY Passive House Conference, and the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC). Our Passive House work has been published in the New York Times, Oculus, Dwell, the Architect’s Newspaper, Inhabitat, Green Building Advisor, and many other publications.
