OCT is an office of architectural projects designed by Samir El Banate Set, founded by this and Henrique Cury.
The letters representing the name of the office means: Object, City and Territory. With these three concerns that we develop our projects, since the implementation of the building, this in relation to landscape, the urban scale, bringing a discussion of the architecture with an attitude to the city.
The office has employees from different areas and active participation of other architects focuses its efforts on designing buildings that can help the city in a new definition of values and creating new aesthetic concepts with the premise of coexistence, a construction of possible forms of living and housing in urban centers.
