Martina Architecture is a multidisciplinary architecture studio based in Porto and Lisbon, working across new construction, full building rehabilitation and hospitality architecture.
Our work ranges from single-family homes and multifamily buildings to rural tourism projects, hostels, boutique hotels and mixed-use developments. We provide complete architectural services from early feasibility and concept design to permitting, technical coordination and construction support.
Rehabilitation is one of our core strengths: we regularly work with existing buildings in complex urban and rural contexts, dealing with structural adaptation, roof and façade interventions, interior reorganization and regulatory constraints, while preserving and enhancing the character and long-term value of each property.
In hospitality and tourism, we design spaces from both an architectural and operational perspective. Because we also operate a hospitality business, we understand guest experience, circulation, staff flows, maintenance and budget-sensitive construction, which allows us to propose solutions that truly work in daily use.
Our approach is based on clarity, functionality and technical precision: we develop projects with clear drawings, coordinated information and strong communication, ensuring that concepts can be translated into high-quality built spaces. We collaborate closely with engineers, consultants and contractors, and we are comfortable working remotely with international clients and partners.
