Degelo Architects was founded in 2005 in order to continue the work that began in 1986 with Gérard Prêtre, later in 1988 with Meinrad Morger and in 2002 with Benjamin Theiler.
Their buildings and projects are the result of a contextual approach.
The task and the program are thoughtfully evaluated. Significant attention is put even on the smallest particularity of each site.
For this reason, their architecture is less a result of formal ambitions, but more of their programmatic strategy.
Degelo Architects has a wide range of competencies, such as housing projects, educational, cultural and public buildings.
They are member of the AND Association, a network for architecture and design process.
