The Toro Center complex, located in the central area of Chisinau, is designed by the AB + Partners Architecture Office and represents the first multifunctional hybrid assembly in the Republic of Moldova.
It consists of 10 buildings with a total area of 55 thousand sq.
m.
The architectural complex is conceived as an urban nucleus, based on the principle of multifunctionality that took into account the control of the urban fuxes, which is related in a continuous emergence with the surrounding space.

Thus, establishes the link between the urban core and the city, between private and public.
The complex is given the property of an urban hybrid that can acquire or adapt
functions to needs in a given time unit..
