GUT RENOVATION OF A CLASSIC PREWAR

This prewar co-op is located in the Ardsley, one of architect Emery Roth’s iconic additions to Central Park West.
The 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment makes the most of the 1931 structure’s picturesque location, while renovating its outdated interior with a custom-built galley kitchen, new master bath, and new interior doors, fireplace surround, and millwork inspired by the building’s Art Deco roots—all custom-crafted by Design Development’s artisan woodworkers.
